Pascal Leroy is a specialist in distribution and property. He was previously the Head of Distribution and Regional Network of QBE France after having worked there as a Property Manager.
Pascal Leroy started his career at AXA Re London. He has previously worked as the Property Facultative Underwriter at AXA Re Paris, Client Manager at XL Insurance France, Property Manager at Zurich France and Property Deputy Manager at Aon France.

Véronique Warnery started her career as Chief Legal Officer of the Public Transportation Company of Orléans (which is part of the Transdev group). After which she held the position of Casualty broker within the construction department of Gras Savoye and at Siaci Saint Honoré, therefore broadening her experience to the manufacturing, retail, nuclear, IT, media and telecom sectors. She joined Hiscox group in 2008 as a Professional Lines Underwriter and was then appointed as the Technical Underwriting Manager for France and Southern Europe within the European Underwriting Direction and finally the Pricing and Portfolio Underwriting Manager for all lines of business for Europe before joining QBE France in 2015 as the Head of General Liability and Life Sciences.

Olivier has more than 20 years of experience on Property Insurance. He graduated from Paris Insurance Institute (Sorbonne University) and has held several underwriting positions in Aspen Re, Zurich and Chubb, expanding his Property expertise to Insurance and Reinsurance. Prior to joining Volante, Olivier worked for BHSI and QBE France as Head of Property.

Patrick has more than 25 years of experience in the Liability Insurance sector (insurance and reinsurance).
Graduated in private law from the Paris university (doctorate), he began his insurance career at AXA as claims analyst and then moved to the underwriting side in various casualty lines.
He then joined Swiss Re France in 2000 as senior underwriter and took leading positions in the facultative segment for several markets (France, Belgium, West and North Africa).
Before joining Volante, he was Senior Vice President Casualty for France, Belgique, Luxembourg and Fac. Casualty representative.
Patrick also held transversal positions as technical expert in various organizations (APREF and ASSURPOL).

Alain Prigent is a P&C commercial risks insurer specialized in Motor Fleet insurance with more than 30 years of experience in both France and International markets. He developed during his career skills in Business development, P&L monitoring, customer experience and new product creation. Alain held various senior positions in front and back offices for both Insurance companies and broking sector. Before joining Volante Alain was Motor Fleet and Transport director at AXA and more recently head of Motor Market at AON France.

Cécile started her career with Hiscox group in 2006. For 8 years, she specialised in professional insurances as a Partnerships Underwriter and then as a Sales Underwriter in the south-west of France. In 2014, she worked as a Project Management Lead on the dedicated setup of delegated underwriting and claims authorities.

Virginie du Parc Locmaria has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. She started her career in the insurance sector as a D&O underwriter in the financial lines department at Chubb. After that she held different positions, Regional manager for Chubb in the Southwest, sales representative and PI underwriter and product developer for Hiscox. Before Joining Volante, Virginie has worked for 15 years at AIG where she was managing the local branch in Bordeaux.

Laurent Humbert has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. He is the Regional Manager of the Strasbourg office. He started his career at UAP as an inspector and then held various positions in insurance companies (regional director at ZURICH, regional manager of the corporate market at GENERALI) or in the brokerage sector specialising in corporate risks (IARD director at Verlingue, CEO of Malmasson, etc.). Before joining Volante, Laurent has worked for 7 years at Roederer, the leading independent local broker, as Deputy Technical Director.

Sylvie Delachaume has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She is an Industrial and Real Estate property Underwriter at Volante France. She began her career with AIG as an international import program coordinator, and then held various positions in insurance companies (ALBINGIA, CHUBB). Before joining Volante, Sylvie worked for 16 years at QBE as an Industrial Risk Underwriter.
