Roshni is an experienced underwriter with over 13 years in the (re)insurance market. Prior to joining Volante, Roshni was Head of International Casualty Treaty at SiriusPoint Ltd. with group-wide responsibility of all international casualty business underwritten. Upon joining SiriusPoint Ltd. she established the international casualty product as a new offering via both their company and syndicate platforms. Roshni has also held a senior casualty treaty underwriting role at Everest Re, underwriting casualty and specialty classes via Everest Re’s London office. Roshni’s (re)insurance career began in the actuarial team at Everest Re where her role included pricing, reserving and exposure management.

Adam joined Volante in October 2019 as the Head of Underwriting Administration. He has over 20 years’ experience in the London Insurance and Reinsurance Market, spanning both underwriting and operations functions. He stated his career at Lambourn Insurance Services where he worked at several Lloyds syndicates, brokers and run-off companies on projects that ranged from the implementation of reinsurance systems through to the reconciliation of client ledges and claims processing.
Adam then spent several years at Novae Syndicates Limited with roles spanning from commutations, underwriting and management.
Prior to joining Volante, he worked at Starr Insurance Companies as the Casualty Underwriting Support Manager.

Bobby has nearly 20 years of insurance industry experience across the London Market, Asia and Africa.
During his career, Bobby was Chief Financial Officer at a London-based investment fund which owned and operated insurance businesses in high-growth markets in Africa and Asia. Prior to this, he was a Director at EY, overseeing all aspects of providing assurance and advisory services to a client portfolio of large and listed global re/insurance groups.
Recently, as a board member of a Nigerian insurance company, he played a central role in greatly improving the firm’s performance prior to the company’s sale to Allianz.

Gundeep joins Volante as our VSR and VGL Underwriting Manager. He graduated from California State University of Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology following which he became the youngest Deputy to be promoted to a contracted solo town at the Fresno County Police Department. During this time, Gundeep simultaneously founded Chahal Freightway, a trucking company with projected annual revenues of over USD 3m.
Gundeep is based in Fresno, California, establishing VSR’s office on the west coast and his role will span responsibilities across VSR, VIL and VGL.

In his role as Claims Operations Manager, Harry is responsible for TPA management, process oversight and stakeholder management. As part of the Volante Global Service Centre, he works closely with clients to provide extensive claims management capabilities. Hussein has over 12 years of cross-functional experience spanning senior roles in sales, underwriting, claims, finance and investments.
He was previously Vice President of an emerging markets private equity firm, where he specialised in the purchase and turnaround of composite insurance companies achieving successful exits in Nigeria, Rwanda and Pakistan.
Hussein began his insurance career at Zurich Insurance Company in London as a multiline captive underwriter prior to moving to the finance function where he was responsible for setting and heading up the FP&A team. Subsequently, he was appointed as the Global Claims Controller in the group claims function in Switzerland responsible for claims performance management across 40 countries.
Hussein specialises in performance and operational enhancement, business strategy, financial reporting and analytics. He holds a master’s degree in aerospace engineering and is a qualified CIMA accountant.

Ian has spent the last 18 years working within the IT and technology space. He has spent the last 10 years within the Insurance industry, starting in software development before moving into project and programme management. Martin is perhaps best known as the founder of Ascot Underwriting, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company as a leading Lloyd’s syndicate. Most recently, he served as CEO of Helios Underwriting PLC, a publicly listed business in London, where he focused on enhancing underwriting performance and driving strategic growth. Martin continues to serve in an advisory and non executive capacity for several companies within the insurance industry, including for Acrisure where he holds an advisory role focussing on strategies to access third party capital.

Matthew joined Aesir in Early 2024 from the Civil Aviation Authority. Prior to joining his career spanned weapons system engineering and space regulation after graduating with a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering.
As weapons engineer for 5 years his work focused predominantly on test and evaluation of weapons and energetic systems as part of safety and suitability for service assessments. This included work in support of qualification of new systems through to surveillance and life extension activities.

Stuart is a risk engineer at Edison Motor. He is one of the most experienced risk specialists in the UK motor market, having worked in law enforcement and commercial fleet risk management and fleet driver education for over 35 years.
Stuart specialises in designing and delivering human factors and behaviour-focussed solutions that influence driver performance. He led the fleet risk management support response to Glasgow City Council following the major refuse truck incident in December 2014 and continued to work with them for a number of years after. He has also provided direct support and consultancy into several UK Police services.
He is qualified to Masters’ degree level in driving behaviour and education, is a Graduate member of IOSH and holds a level 6 Diploma in occupational safety and health from NEBOSH. After which she held the position of Casualty broker within the construction department of Gras Savoye and at Siaci Saint Honoré, therefore broadening her experience to the manufacturing, retail, nuclear, IT, media and telecom sectors.
