Volante announces appointment of interim CEO, Martin Reith

Volante today announces that its Founder and CEO, Talbir Bains, will be stepping down after eight years of leadership. Under Talbir’s direction, Volante has grown into a recognized leader within Lloyd’s and the wider insurance market, known for its innovation, client service, and unique business model.

Since founding Volante in 2018, Talbir has overseen key milestones, including the establishment of Syndicate 1699, the expansion of the company’s international business, and, in 2022, its strategic partnership with Acrisure. Throughout this period of growth, Talbir has fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation, laying strong foundations for Volante’s continued success.

The leadership team of Acrisure express their deep gratitude to Talbir for his vision, dedication, and contributions. Volante Chaiman Martin Reith will take over Talbir’s responsibilities as Interim CEO.
