Donna has 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry with proven expertise in designing and building long terms strategic plans, shaping target operating models to deliver outstanding business performance. Donna joined Volante Global from IQUW and ERS Lloyd’s syndicate where she was a Director of the Board and Group COO. Prior to this Donna was at QBE as Head of UK Casualty Claims and for fifteen years in various roles in Claims, IT and Change at AXA prior to 2011. Donna has received various awards during her career including the British Insurance and Chartered Institute Young Achiever of the Year awards.

Geoff is a highly experienced claims manager. Over the last 30 years, he has worked across the insurance, reinsurance and loss adjusting sectors in senior claims roles.
Prior to joining Volante, Geoff was Global Head of Crawford Global Technical Services, a division of Crawford & Company. His career also spans 19 years at Gen Re, where he rose to the position of Global Property & Claims Manager. He was also a member of the Gen Re Corp Board and Risk Committee.

Roshni is an experienced underwriter with over 13 years in the (re)insurance market. Prior to joining Volante, Roshni was Head of International Casualty Treaty at SiriusPoint Ltd. with group-wide responsibility of all international casualty business underwritten. Upon joining SiriusPoint Ltd. she established the international casualty product as a new offering via both their company and syndicate platforms. Roshni has also held a senior casualty treaty underwriting role at Everest Re, underwriting casualty and specialty classes via Everest Re’s London office. Roshni’s (re)insurance career began in the actuarial team at Everest Re where her role included pricing, reserving and exposure management.

Adam joined Volante in October 2019 as the Head of Underwriting Administration. He has over 20 years’ experience in the London Insurance and Reinsurance Market, spanning both underwriting and operations functions. He stated his career at Lambourn Insurance Services where he worked at several Lloyds syndicates, brokers and run-off companies on projects that ranged from the implementation of reinsurance systems through to the reconciliation of client ledges and claims processing.
Adam then spent several years at Novae Syndicates Limited with roles spanning from commutations, underwriting and management.
Prior to joining Volante, he worked at Starr Insurance Companies as the Casualty Underwriting Support Manager.
His technical expertise stems from the wide-ranging roles he has undertaken throughout his career and his sector knowledge spans accident & health, aviation, bloodstock, marine hull, war and liability, professional indemnity, property and political and credit insurance.

Alain Prigent is a P&C commercial risks insurer specialized in Motor Fleet insurance with more than 30 years of experience in both France and International markets. He developed during his career skills in Business development, P&L monitoring, customer experience and new product creation. Alain held various senior positions in front and back offices for both Insurance companies and broking sector. Before joining Volante Alain was Motor Fleet and Transport director at AXA and more recently head of Motor Market at AON France.

Amy joined Volante as Managing Director in August 2022.
She has over 15 years’ experience in the (re)insurance market. Her career started with Swiss Re and has taken her around the world to Beijing, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London and Singapore. Amongst one of the first employees at Pioneer Underwriting, she built an international Marine portfolio of Treaty, Fac and Direct business, and was part of the team instrumental to its transition from an MGA to a Lloyd’s syndicate.
Amy moved to Singapore in 2017 to lead the distribution strategy and stakeholder engagement for Lloyd’s Asia.
Most recently she was a company director and board member of BMS Singapore.
Amy is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds an MBA from Imperial College London and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Anastasia has over 15 years of experience in Space and Aviation (Re)Insurance. Her extensive experience as a broker gives her understanding of insureds’ needs and an ability to define suitable insurance coverage solutions for a broad spectrum of risks.
In her last role as Divisional Director for Space at United Insurance Brokers, Anastasia was responsible for placing reinsurance for CIS clients including Roscosmos and Russian aerospace manufacturers, including not just launch and in-orbit but also AIT, pre-launch and third party liabilities.

Angelos has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking and insurance in London and New York. He joins Volante from AXA XL where his role as Head of Operational Risk Insurance focused on developing innovative risk transfer products, including Operational Risk and Credit Risk capital optimisation solutions, as well as underwriting traditional Financial Lines products for large, complex Financial Institutions.
Before joining AXA XL, Angelos was Head of Operational Risk implementation for Morgan Stanley’s asset management division. Angelos has held senior positions within the financial lines business with Marsh in New York and Aon in London, as well as the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs specialising in the telecommunication and e-commerce industry sectors.

Anish works with the business to understand the business needs and requirements for specific projects. He owns the business processes across the organisation and acts as the Subject Matter Expert for those processes when bringing on board new products.
Anish began his insurance experience at Tokio Marine HCC where he held the role of Business Analyst for five years working on different London Market projects. He has excellent experience of underwriting, claims and ratings processes and how to interpret these into appropriate business requirements for implementation with a view to overall business strategy.

Prior to joining Volante, Bilal was Director of Underwriting at a London-based investment fund which owned and operated insurance businesses in high-growth markets in Africa and Asia. He oversaw the successful turnaround of underwriting performance across the group.
As a board member of portfolio companies, he drove portfolio shifts towards profitability, implemented a strong governance culture and enabled a step-change in operational efficiency through the use of state-of-the-art underwriting technology.
Previously, Bilal spent several years at Swiss Re in underwriting and pricing roles, where his clients included some of the largest global insurers, advising them on reinsurance structures, solvency optimisation and risk management.

Bobby has nearly 20 years of insurance industry experience across the London Market, Asia and Africa.
During his career, Bobby was Chief Financial Officer at a London-based investment fund which owned and operated insurance businesses in high-growth markets in Africa and Asia. Prior to this, he was a Director at EY, overseeing all aspects of providing assurance and advisory services to a client portfolio of large and listed global re/insurance groups.
Recently, as a board member of a Nigerian insurance company, he played a central role in greatly improving the firm’s performance prior to the company’s sale to Allianz.
Bobby has worked with boards and C-Suite executives of insurance businesses to set their vision and strategy, and has mentored teams to become more client-centric, improve their operations and grow profitably.

Working across all lines of business and territories, Chris introduced a number of new processes and embedded these within the company. His breadth of knowledge resulted in him being the actuarial lead for the annual Lloyd’s Business Plan process. Starting his career in 2012, Chris fully qualified as an Actuary in 2016.

Cristobal is an Underwriter within the VTS UK & Europe team and is based in London. Originally a Chilean qualified lawyer, Cristobal brings over 8 years of international M&A experience to VTS. He worked at Carey, Chile’s largest and most prestigious law firm, and focused his practice in corporate and business law, financing, telecommunications and real estate matters. Prior to joining Volante Global, he completed a Master of Laws (LLM) programme at King’s College London, during which he broadened and deepened his knowledge of the UK legal market, especially in M&A, insurance, and corporate governance matters. Prior to that Daniel spent two years in London as a Transactional Risk broker for Lockton, placing W&I and tax insurance policies and before that was a Transactional Risk underwriter in Ironshore’s (now Liberty GTS) Sydney office where he focused on transactions across the Asia-Pacific region.

Gundeep joins Volante as our VSR and VGL Underwriting Manager. He graduated from California State University of Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology following which he became the youngest Deputy to be promoted to a contracted solo town at the Fresno County Police Department. During this time, Gundeep simultaneously founded Chahal Freightway, a trucking company with projected annual revenues of over USD 3m.
Gundeep is based in Fresno, California, establishing VSR’s office on the west coast and his role will span responsibilities across VSR, VIL and VGL.

In his role as Claims Operations Manager, Harry is responsible for TPA management, process oversight and stakeholder management. As part of the Volante Global Service Centre, he works closely with clients to provide extensive claims management capabilities. Providing a single, consistent claims-handling function, he helps ensure the delivery of a diligent and efficient response to all claims scenarios.
Before joining Volante, Harry was a Delegated Claims Analyst at Aspen insurance, responsible for on-boarding claims outsource arrangements, ongoing third-party oversight and audit coordination. His claims experience also encompasses roles at Travelers and CSC, formerly Xchanging.

Hussein has over 12 years of cross-functional experience spanning senior roles in sales, underwriting, claims, finance and investments.
He was previously Vice President of an emerging markets private equity firm, where he specialised in the purchase and turnaround of composite insurance companies achieving successful exits in Nigeria, Rwanda and Pakistan.
Hussein began his insurance career at Zurich Insurance Company in London as a multiline captive underwriter prior to moving to the finance function where he was responsible for setting and heading up the FP&A team. Subsequently, he was appointed as the Global Claims Controller in the group claims function in Switzerland responsible for claims performance management across 40 countries.
Hussein specialises in performance and operational enhancement, business strategy, financial reporting and analytics. He holds a master’s degree in aerospace engineering and is a qualified CIMA accountant.

Martin is the Global Head of Volante Transaction Services and leads the VTS team across all regions. He has a wealth of insurance, legal and commercial professional experience. Martin is a recognised transaction liability insurance sector expert with substantial M&A insurance experience having undertaken transactions across the globe and having created and led M&A underwriting teams for both boutique and global insurance institutions. Martin brings significant commercial experience to the role of Global Head having been an executive director and sat on the board of companies across North America, Europe, UK and Asia Pacific. Martin is an England and Wales law qualified solicitor who has practised law in Europe and Asia Pacific across both international and domestic markets. As a lawyer, Martin specialised in corporate M&A law and focused on international transactional private equity work. Martin’s prior experience encompasses roles working with IAG, AIG and Allen & Overy (amongst others) across 100s of transactions in a variety of jurisdictions.

Mudassar has more than 15 years of experience in the Reinsurance Treaty Sector. His experience comprises of working at AON Pakistan as Manager Reinsurance from 2007 till 2014, which included official deputation to the offices of AON Singapore, AON London, and a week’s secondment in Lloyd’s of London.
The treaty reinsurance underwriting experience actually began when he joined Saudi Re and served there for 7 years as a Senior Underwriter till 2021, looking after a huge non-life treaty portfolio originating from 20 countries in Asian, GCC and Turkish regions.

He also gained experience in the tax departments of major law firms in Paris (such as CMS and Linklaters) where he came across various tax matters in relation to private equity operations and corporate reorganizations. Stuart is a risk engineer at Edison Motor. He is one of the most experienced risk specialists in the UK motor market, having worked in law enforcement and commercial fleet risk management and fleet driver education for over 35 years.
Stuart specialises in designing and delivering human factors and behaviour-focussed solutions that influence driver performance. He led the fleet risk management support response to Glasgow City Council following the major refuse truck incident in December 2014 and continued to work with them for a number of years after. He has also provided direct support and consultancy into several UK Police services.
